The stoutery is coming back on line.
I am busy dusting off the old recipes so I can bring them up to date with somewhat newer techniques.
This IPA fad is getting out of hand. I can’t wait to get back to brewing the best stouts around.

Dry, sweet, imperial, oatmeal, American, Forign. Hell,, we might even come up with some new ones.
