On vacation in the Dells this week, but I can sample some of the locals, and get out a few quick notes. Today I’m at Moosejaw Pizza and Dells Brewing.

Quite a few beers both up on tap and packaged. I went with the German Pils.

Crystal clear in the large Weissen style glass. Pilsner malt aroma with just right amount of herbally, slightly lemon hop.

Very smooth easy going grainy/hoppy taste with a nice bittering and crisp finish.

Yea,, this is a fantastic Pilsner. Everything you look for after a tough day of water parking. Easy 4 out 5.
