I figured that I’d do something a little different this time around. Normally, when I go out and pick up beers for the reviews I generally make sure to get ones from different breweries. But I was thinking this time I’ll grab a variety pack from a single Brewery.
I have had thousands of different beers, literally. But I’d be willing to bet that unless the breweries are very local, I have probably only ever had a single beer, maybe two from them.
Can you get a feel for a brewery from one beer, one style? I’d say most of the time not. But you should be able to see where they at after 3-4 of their offerings
While not everyone puts out a variety pack, there are plenty that do. I think every once in a while I will grab a 12er of a companies mixed pack, and try which beers THEY think I should be trying.
So instead of being just random review drops, When I do these single Brewer variety pack reviews, I think they will come in multi part.
First drop early in the week will probably be an info bit on said brewery. You know, a bit of history and this or that and any impressions I may have going in.
Then the rest of the week will be the reviews of the included individual beers. So a new brewery would be more or less a week long event. At least it in theory.

I wont doing them every week, just because the mixed packs are usually more for the mainstream bigger guys, and I don’t wanna miss some of the smaller breweries during the active beer season.
I have already picked up the first multi pack, so stay tuned.
